President's Message

Welcome to PPS Web!

As the President of the Pakistan Psychiatric Society (PPS), I am honored to take on this new role and am committed to working together with all stakeholders to achieve our vision of improving mental health in Pakistan.

My main priorities is to increase awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues through nationwide campaigns and initiatives.

I also aim to enhance the quality of teaching and training for mental health professionals, as well as promote international and national research collaborations. Additionally, I also would like to support indigenous contributions to existing literature and stay up-to-date with contemporary international practices.
